Extra Candy Crush Saga Lives with Date and Time Cheat

The most known cheat for the iPhone is resettng the clock to gain extra lives.

• Click on Settings
• Click on General
• Click on Date and Time

Then set your clock forward a couple of hours so the game thinks you've waited enough time to regain your lives. This also works for mystery quests, when you are supposed to wait a day before playing another level. But did you know, if you go back to game and check you've got your five lives, you can then reset your clock back to the real time provided you do it before you start playing? It's an old cheat but a good cheat!

Reshuffle a bad Candy Crush Saga Level

If you've been given a bad layout of candy on a mobile device, you can restart the level wihout losing a life provided you don't make any moves beforehand.

• Click on the little arrow in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen
• Click on the door to exit the level

The game will bounce out to the map without taking a life from you, then when you restart the level, your candies will be in a different order. Note, this does not work on timed levels, as the clock starts running the moment you enter a game.

Extra Candy Crush Saga Goodies with Jailbroken Device Cheat

If you don't have a jailbroken iPhone or iPad, don't look at me, go to the dev blog and work it out for yourself. I have candies to crush and stuff.
If you do have a jailbroken iPhone with Cydia installed, you'll need to add the source http://repo.insanelyi.com, and get the packages IAPfree and IAP Cracker Compatable. Just download them to your iPhone, restart the Springboard and you can buy as many in game boosters as you want. This works for many other apps, as well as Candy Crush Saga! The whole process will take less than 30 seconds for anyone with a Jailbroken iPhone, and the best part of a day for anyone without.
You'll easily whizz through the tough levels when you're able to buy as many lollipop hammers as you want, so have fun! If you're nervous, check your Apple account balance to ensure you've not been charged, or disable your Apple account payment source (although you shouldn't have to).

Total Control of Game Cheat with Jailbroken device or an Android

If you dig into the filesystem, you'll see all the levels are controlled by a JSON file. You can set attributes such as the number of colours on the board, the number of ingredients on screen at the start of the level, and other variables to get you through the game.The files you need are in the candycrushsaga.app directory under /res/levels/
As a developer, I use winSCP to edit my iPhone files on my local system, or you can send the files you want to your Dropbox account with iFile and move them to the right location once they've been edited, although this can be a bit fiddly. Always be cautious when editing files and remember you can crash the game entirely, so make backups.

Replacing your Save File Cheat with most Mobile devices.

Simply, you need to replace your save file on your device with someone else's. We take no responsibility if you mess up the process and lose all your game progress.
Download a program such as DiskAid or iFunBox to view the files that make up Candy Crush Saga. Your Save File is in the Documents directory of the Candy Crush Saga app and the filename has the format  save_##########.dat
1. Download someone else's save file.
2. Copy your exisiting Save File from your device to your computer to back up.
3. Rename someone else's save file to the same name your save file has.
4. Stop Candy Crush Saga running on your device (you'll need to reboot your device if you don't have a process manager).
5. Stop all internet connections
6. Overwrite your save file on the device with the save file you've dowloaded.
7. Check that it has worked by starting Candy Crush Saga on your device.
If the Save File has worked on your device, to sync your progress with Facebook:
1. Remove Candy Crush Saga from Facebook.
2. Reconnect to the internet on your device and start Candy Crush Saga.
3. In the game, connect it back to Facebook.
You won't get any boosters that were included in someone else's save file on Facebook, but you will get the level progress. If you're worried on missing out on levels, don't worry, you can always go back and replay them.

Do not be tricked by sites that ask you to fill in a survey to dowload the software.
Most times, there is no software after you've filled out the survey, or - even worse - the file is a virus.

Editing your save file with Jailbroken Device Cheat

The save file information is in the Documents directory, and you'll need a hex editor to edit it. There are some Candy Crush Hex Editors out there, but the game tends to update faster than the editors.
The hex codes you want to edit are:
0x00000290 00 - Lives
0x00000050 00 - Color Bomb
0x00000050 0C - Jelly Fish
0x00000060 08 - Coconut Roller
0x00000070 04 - Lolipop Hammer
0x00000090 08 - Lucky Candy
0x000000A0 04 - Wrapped and Striped
Change the values in these positions to FF or experiment - but make sure you've backed up your actual save files!
